Our products are intended to be purchased, assembled, charged and supervised by responsible adults.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
You must not use this website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
3. Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, recommended ages, rider limits, colours and prices are accurate.
However:
-
Colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen.
-
Measurements and weights may vary slightly.
-
Product appearance may differ slightly between production batches.
-
Manufacturers may update components, packaging or specifications without materially changing the product.
-
Decorative details and accessories shown in photographs may not always be included.
The product description displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase forms part of your order.
Please contact us before purchasing if a particular size, feature, colour, motor, battery, controller or accessory is essential to your decision.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Age recommendations and rider suitability
Age recommendations are general guidance only.
The purchaser or supervising adult is responsible for assessing whether a product is appropriate for the rider, taking into account:
-
The rider’s age.
-
Height and weight.
-
Physical ability.
-
Coordination and judgement.
-
The product’s maximum load.
-
Speed settings.
-
Terrain and environmental conditions.
-
The level of adult supervision required.
A product should not be used by a rider who exceeds the stated maximum weight or who cannot operate it safely.
5. Product safety and adult supervision
Ride-on cars, buggies, ATVs, go-karts, dirt bikes and other powered vehicles must be used carefully and under appropriate adult supervision.
Customers must ensure that:
-
An adult reads the full manual before assembly or use.
-
The product is correctly assembled before operation.
-
All fasteners, wheels, electrical connections and safety components are checked.
-
Children are supervised by a responsible adult.
-
The rider uses suitable footwear and recommended safety equipment.
-
The product is used only in safe and suitable areas.
-
The product is kept away from roads, traffic, steep slopes, stairs, swimming pools, water, fire and other hazards.
-
The product is not operated in unsafe weather or visibility conditions.
-
The stated rider weight and usage limits are followed.
-
The battery and charger are handled according to the instructions.
Parental remote controls are assistance features and must not be treated as a replacement for direct adult supervision.
Do not use a product that appears damaged, incorrectly assembled, electrically unsafe or mechanically defective.
These safety requirements do not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Assembly
Some products are delivered partly assembled and require adult assembly.
The customer is responsible for:
-
Following the supplied assembly instructions.
-
Using the correct tools and components.
-
Checking all connections and fasteners before use.
-
Not modifying the electrical or mechanical systems.
-
Seeking professional assistance if they are unsure how to assemble the product safely.
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions may not constitute a product fault.
Where we offer a paid assembly service, the scope and price of that service will be shown separately.
7. Batteries and charging
Rechargeable batteries must be charged, used and stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Customers must:
-
Use only the charger supplied or expressly approved for the product.
-
Charge the product in a dry, ventilated and supervised area.
-
Keep batteries and chargers away from heat, water and flammable materials.
-
Inspect the battery, wiring and charger before use.
-
Stop charging immediately if there is unusual heat, swelling, odour, smoke or damage.
-
Avoid leaving the battery discharged for extended periods.
-
Follow the recommended charging and storage schedule.
Battery operating time varies according to rider weight, terrain, speed, temperature, battery condition and usage.
Estimated operating times are indicative and are not guaranteed for every situation.
8. Prices
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown to Australian consumers include GST where applicable.
Delivery, assembly and other charges may be calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.
If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price because of an administrative or technical error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
9. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or dispatched the order.
We may accept the order when:
-
Payment has been approved.
-
Stock has been confirmed.
-
Delivery details have been verified.
-
We have not identified a pricing, product or security error.
We may contact you if additional information is needed.
10. Right to decline or cancel an order
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including when:
-
The product is unavailable.
-
Payment is declined or reversed.
-
The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area.
-
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error.
-
The quantity ordered appears intended for unauthorised resale.
-
Fulfilling the order would breach a law or safety requirement.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
We will not cancel an accepted order merely to avoid fulfilling our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Product availability
Products may be subject to limited stock and supplier availability.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
-
Waiting for replenishment.
-
Selecting an alternative product.
-
Receiving a partial refund.
-
Cancelling the affected item for a refund.
We will not knowingly accept payment for products we cannot supply within the stated or a reasonable timeframe.
12. Pre-orders
Products identified as pre-orders are not immediately available for dispatch.
Expected arrival and dispatch dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, shipping, customs or supplier delays.
We will provide updates regarding material delays where reasonably possible.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to pre-orders.
13. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.
You authorise us and our payment providers to process the amount shown at checkout.
We do not generally store full payment-card details.
Payment processing may be handled by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay or other third-party providers.
Any instalment or buy-now-pay-later service is also subject to the provider’s separate terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
-
The billing information supplied is accurate.
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available.
14. Fraud prevention
We may conduct reasonable payment and identity-verification checks.
We may delay dispatch while reviewing an order where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, payment security or unauthorised use.
We may request identification or confirmation of payment details.
Any personal information collected for this purpose will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and the delivery information shown at checkout.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
Delays may occur because of:
-
Carrier disruptions.
-
Supplier delays.
-
Severe weather.
-
Public holidays.
-
Regional or remote delivery locations.
-
Incorrect delivery details.
-
Access restrictions.
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed of significant delays.
16. Delivery access
Ride-on vehicles and other powered products can be large and bulky.
The customer must provide accurate information about the delivery location and any access limitations.
Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery may be limited to a safe ground-level location accessible to the carrier.
Additional charges may apply for:
-
Stairs.
-
Apartments.
-
Difficult or restricted access.
-
Redelivery.
-
Address changes after dispatch.
-
Special handling.
-
Regional or remote locations.
The customer must ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the delivery when required.
17. Authority to leave
Where you request or approve authority to leave, the carrier may leave the order at the nominated location without obtaining a signature.
Risk associated with theft, exposure or damage after a properly completed authority-to-leave delivery may pass to the customer, subject to applicable law.
We or the carrier may refuse to leave a high-value or bulky order unattended where the location is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
18. Inspection following delivery
Please inspect the packaging and product promptly after delivery.
If the product appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect:
-
Photograph the external packaging.
-
Photograph the product and affected parts.
-
Keep all packaging and labels.
-
Contact us as soon as possible.
-
Do not operate a product that may be unsafe.
Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue with the carrier but does not remove any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
19. Ownership and risk
Legal ownership of the product passes to you after we receive full payment.
Risk in the product generally passes when the product is delivered to you or to a person authorised by you, subject to Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the delivery.
20. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
That policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy limits any right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.
21. Consumer guarantees
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product:
-
Is not of acceptable quality.
-
Is unsafe.
-
Is not fit for its disclosed purpose.
-
Does not match its description.
-
Does not have the promised features.
-
Has a major or minor failure.
Consumer guarantees apply automatically and continue for a reasonable period depending on the product, its price, quality and expected use.
22. Manufacturer and additional warranties
A product may include a manufacturer’s warranty or an additional written warranty.
Any additional warranty operates alongside Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace or restrict your automatic consumer rights.
Warranty periods and conditions may vary between products and components.
Please retain your order confirmation and proof of purchase.
23. Troubleshooting and product assessment
If you report a product problem, we may reasonably request:
-
Your order number.
-
A written description of the issue.
-
Photographs or videos.
-
Details of assembly and use.
-
Completion of basic troubleshooting.
-
Inspection or return of the relevant product or component.
Because ride-on products contain replaceable electrical and mechanical components, some issues may be resolved by supplying a replacement battery, charger, switch, motor, controller or other part.
We will not require troubleshooting where it would be unsafe, unreasonable or inconsistent with Australian Consumer Law.
24. Misuse and customer-caused damage
A product remedy may not be available where the problem was caused by:
-
Incorrect assembly.
-
Collision or accidental damage.
-
Water exposure.
-
Use on unsuitable terrain.
-
Exceeding weight or usage limits.
-
Failure to charge or store the battery correctly.
-
Unauthorised modification or repair.
-
Use of an incorrect charger.
-
Commercial or rental use where not authorised.
-
Normal wear and tear.
-
Failure to follow safety or maintenance instructions.
-
Continued use after a problem became apparent.
This provision does not apply where the product itself was defective or where Australian Consumer Law provides a remedy.
25. Website information
Website content is provided for general product and shopping information.
We try to keep the website accurate and current but do not guarantee that every page will always be free from typographical, technical or administrative errors.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.

Security updates.

You are responsible for:
-
Keeping your login details confidential.
-
Providing accurate account information.
-

Activities performed through your account where you authorised or failed to reasonably protect access.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud or prevent misuse.

Where you submit a review, image, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:
-
You created it or have permission to submit it.
-
It is truthful and based on genuine experience.
-
It does not infringe another person’s rights.
-
It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening or misleading.
-
It does not contain malware, spam or unauthorised advertising.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting our business.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, but we will not alter reviews in a way that creates a misleading impression.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect customer information.
Where applicable, we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
