Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before choosing the right ride.
What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged or has a problem?
Contact Offroad Juniors as soon as possible with your order number, product details and clear photos or video showing the issue. This helps us assess the problem and provide the appropriate next step.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to assist with a change or cancellation. Please also refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
We offer delivery to many locations across Australia. Shipping availability, freight cost and delivery time can vary depending on the vehicle size and destination.
Are assembly instructions included?
Where assembly is required, instructions are supplied with the product. We recommend following the instructions carefully before charging or operating the vehicle.
Do the vehicles arrive fully assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by model. Some vehicles may require fitting items such as wheels, steering components, seats or accessories before first use.
What safety equipment should be used?
Appropriate protective equipment should be used for the vehicle type and rider age. Helmets and suitable footwear are strongly recommended, and higher-performance vehicles may require additional protective gear. Adult supervision is recommended.
Are the vehicles suitable for grass and off-road use?
Some models are suitable for grass, gravel and light off-road surfaces, while others perform best on smooth, firm ground. Tyres, suspension, motor power and ground clearance all affect terrain suitability.
How long does charging take?
Charging time depends on the battery and charger supplied with the vehicle. Always follow the charging instructions provided with your model and avoid using an incompatible charger.
How long does the battery last?
Battery runtime varies by model, battery size, rider weight, terrain, speed setting and driving style. Check the individual product specifications for model-specific battery information.
How fast do the vehicles go?
Maximum speed varies by model. Some vehicles are designed for younger beginners with lower speeds, while higher-powered buggies, quad bikes, dirt bikes and go-karts may reach significantly higher speeds.
What is the difference between 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and 60V models?
Higher-voltage models generally support more powerful motors and are often designed for older riders, but actual performance also depends on motor power, gearing, battery, controller and vehicle weight.
Is the maximum weight important?
Yes. The maximum load is an important safety and performance limit. Choose a model that comfortably supports the rider’s current weight.
What age ranges do you offer?
1–3 Years — up to 25 KG;
3–7 Years — up to 55 KG;
7–12 Years — up to 85 KG;
12+ Years — up to 120 KG.
Always check the individual product specifications before purchasing.
How do I choose the right ride-on vehicle?
Choose based on the rider’s age, weight, experience level and preferred vehicle type. Each product page includes the recommended age range, maximum load, voltage, motor power, speed and key features to help you compare models.
